Hund Poldek lebt mit einer armen Frau in einem kleinen Zimmer. Das Haus steht in einer grauen Stadt, vom Wohlstand vergessen. Jeden Tag verlässt die Alte ihr kleines Heim, um sich nach etwas Essbarem umzusehen. Der Hund bleibt eingeschlossen im Hinterhof zurück, wo er herzzerreissend jault vor Hunger. Eine unappetitliche kleine Horrorgeschichte mit viel «Action».

Petit chien Poldek vit avec une vieille femme dans une petite chambre. L'immeuble se trouve dans une ville grise à moitié délabrée. Chaque jour, la vieille quitte son petit foyer pour chercher quelque chose de comestible. Le chien reste enfermé dans la cour arrière. De faim, le chien glapit à fendre l'âme. Une petite histoire d'horreur peu appétissante avec beaucoup d'action.

Small dog Poldek lives with a poor old lady in a small one-room apartment. The tenement block is part of a tumbledown grey town out in the nowhere, forgotten by prosperity. The dog is hungry, howls and eats flies that are magically attracted by the old woman. She leaves home every day to seek some eatable stuff. An unsavoury little horror-story with a lot of action.
